The Cube had some setbacks early on due to "cracks" in the lucite case
(which given the molding processes involved, were pretty much
unavoidable), plus it was a really expensive computer. The industrial
design was magnificent, but there really wasn't a market for it.  (I
seriously lusted after the cubes, but could never justify the cost)
