I'm guessing you mean a graphics card that can do 32-bit color.  Depending 
on the resolution you want, that means either 2MB or 4MB of memory.

I had the hardest time finding an ISA video card that I could get working 
with 2MB supported.  You might want to check the XFree86 docs before 
buying a card; if I remember correctly, I bought a 2MB ISA card that 
XFree86 only supported 1MB of. (or maybe it was a 4MB that XFree86 only 
saw 2MB of)
