gShield may be a good starting point as well ... you could just examine
the gShield.rc file and get a good idea what some rules should look like,
etc.  i wouldn't suggest using it, however, because it doesn't give
you a whole lot of control about the ordering of the rules and other small
things ... regardless, good for educational purposes :)
