It was that way six months ago when I was looking at cable. That was one of 
the balance tippers for me. 6 mo @ $20 and no $200 modem charge really put 
the cost advantage towards @home. But the thing that really put it over the 
top was that I could cancel at anytime and there would be no fee. There are 
some bad things about the @home too.
