[Wplug-web] Should we ask for more help from the group?

I think this is a fine idea.  We wouldn't want people to think that there
is some sort of inner circle controlling everything.  

I think an area on the webpage for suggestions would also be
appropriate.  It'd be nice if we had a bugzilla-type area where we could
deal with such changes/bugs/suggestions
