[wplug-plan] Should we have a conference call or IRC discussion on Friday evening to sort out picnic logistics?

Let's see how many people stop by in person.  If it's just me (and maybe Vance) at the office, IRC should be OK.  If there are several of us in a room together, we can open a conference bridge line.
