[wplug-plan] claim your mailing lists

Theoretically, you should be able to email the list owner at [thelist
name]-owner at wplug.org.  For instance, to email the owner of this list,
write to wplug-plan-owner at wplug.org.

Keep in mind, that as a list owner, you get requests very rarely and you
also get plenty of list spam too.  Once a day, you log in, dump all the
messages that are held up in the queue (because they're not from list
members).  Then every once in a blue moon, you need to take care of
someone legitimate, and you just dump them with the rest of the spam out
of habit.  (Sorry about that Ted.)

I'm waiting for wplug-web-owner to get back to me on my membership to
that list.  That was like, a month ago.
