Hence the reason why I want people to claim the lists.  Also, not
everyone on the owner aliases even has the passwords to lists.  In
reality, much of this was started by the fact that I needed to post
something to announce, and I'm one of the owners of announce, but I
couldn't post because I didn't have the password.  Sweet irony.

Getting this stuff straightened out puts some real accountability behind
the issue.
