Thanks for taking the charge on this.  Sorry about dropping the ball on
some of this, I'm still digging out from being out of town last week.

I'll post the announcement to wplug-announce shortly, but I need to make
sure a few things are taken care of first.

1. Are you certain we'll have the network on at that time?  Is there
anything we need to do to get the network running?

2. Who is the contact person for all of this?  Was this booked through
Catherine or someone else?

I can probably be there for most of the time.  I'll send out another
email soon with a call for volunteers.
