Hello,

I'd be happy to put a blurb in the announcement of this Saturday's
tutorial that sometime during the day we will allocate 10 minutes (each)
exclusively to finalizing who wants to be in the bylaws committee and who
wants to be in the elections committee. (I assume this is what you all
want)

In parallel, in the next 24 hours I will send email to all of those who
wrote their names down for election/nominations committee.
PS - Dave T, could you please host and maintain the elections/nominations
mailing list as well?

Here is the current schedule
10am-11am coffee and donuts
11am-noon tutorial part #1
noon-1pm lunch
1pm-2pm tutorial part #2
2pm-3pm social hour

It is my suggestion that bylaws committee will meet 2-2:10, take 5 to let
the air clear, 2:15-2:25 elections/nominations committee.

I am of the opinion that this is to pickup extra interested parties,
exchange contact info, and tentatively agree on another time, date and
venue to get into the heavy stuff. Please confirm that this is what
you want or make other suggestions.

Please, I want to do things 100% fairly according to procedure. I plead
ignorance if there is something that I'm leaving out here. Please correct
me if I'm doing anything incorrect. I will do my best to cover all of the
bases as long as I'm aware of what needs to be covered. The last thing I
want to do is exclude anyone who wants to contribute their opinions about
bylaws, elections, or nominations.

Thanks,
Beth Lynn
