Yes there is record.  I believe Rob said that barring any objections,
the bylaws will be adopted in 7 days.  No one objected.  Bada bing.
Similar thing with the board list.

So I believe the Chair, Vice-Chair, and Treasurer have to be board
members.  Who votes for these people?  All of WPLUG or just the board?
This is probably in the bylaws so you can just tell me to RTFB.
