Okay, I talked to the guy at aspStation and he seems eager to work with us.
We won't be able to get a space for this weekend and next weekend is probably
out as well.

As regards February and after, here's the situation:
It's a secure building, so there's no propping the door open. There's an
intercom at the main door, so people could call and we would come down from
the meeting room on the second floor. I think (but didn't ask) that he'd
probably be willing to set up the intercom to ring to the meeting room.

He also said that members of WPLUG could be given keycards (actually, they're
cooler than "cards") to the building, provided they sign a form saying
something like
"I promise not to hack your systems and I promise not to reveal any
trade secrets that I may stumble across while I am here"
People without keycards would use the intercom.
Also, everyone would have to sign in as they came in.

As for the space-- he showed me a huge room about twice the size of our
installfest space that is currently unfurnished. There are also some smaller
office-type rooms that we could use. As the room is currently unfurnished, we
are limited to the 5 or so tables and 12 or so chairs that he can scrounge up
from around the building as well as any furniture we bring. Since he manages
the wiring for the entire building, the network situation is pretty flexible.

The space we would be using is unrented office-space, so if he gets a tenant,
we'd have to move.
