[wplug-plan] Carnegie Library

It looks like Carnegie Library really won't be feasible this time around. But I
did get some contact info today if anyone wants to pursue the matter any further.

Andrea S. Clarkson is the Customer Support Manager of eiNetwork, which happens
to be in the basement of the library. She would be the one to contact about
negotiating an Internet connection at the library, if we did choose to meet
there. Email clarksona at eiNetwork.net or call (412) 622-1963 and mention WPLUG.

I think this would be an excellent idea for something like an InstallFest; we'd
be in public, in an open (or at least accessible) location, and we can show off
our Linux stuff for all interested parties to see, perhaps even winning some
converts from the library's patrons.

Actually reserving a room in the library is another matter; not only would we
need to reserve time and a place, but there may be some small fees involved. She
wasn't there today, but the one to talk to is Melissa McKennam, who works in the
Technology Learning center. There's a good-sized lab there. We might have to
shift meeting times around, but there's a chance that we could use it for future
events. McKennam's email address is mckennam at clpgh.org .
