DRAFT Minutes for March 14, 2015

The regular meeting of the Western Pennsylvania Linux Users Group was
held on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 3:17 PM at HackPittsburgh, the
regular presiding officer being in the chair and the secretary being
present.

The Chair reported that he was continuing work on the membership
portal.

The Vice-Chair reported that he has booked HackPittsburgh as the
venue for the April General User Meeting and that he has been
promoting WPLUG on Reddit.

The Secretary reported that WPLUG currently has 14 members.

The Treasurer reported that there is $359.56 in the checking account
with $40.00 in dues collected to be deposited. He also reported that
rental on the post office box was renewed.

The purchase of refreshments was discussed, and John Lewis was
reimbursed $10.00 from the refreshment fund for a prior purchase.

A motion was made to schedule General User Meetings for May 9 and
June 13, 2015. The motion was adopted.

The meeting adjourned at 3:27 PM.
