There's a lot of progressive thinking people who work at the Strip
District office and live in-and-around Polish Hill.  

Very young & hip company as I understand it.

Its retail industry, so be prepared to deal with inventory systems, ERP,
order processing and fulfillment, CRM, and finance applications.

Just be prepared to do what you have to do to get it done.
