Until last year, I had a domain hosted with enom.com.  Excellent
service and features, but slightly more expensive at $30/yr.  I
switched over to Godaddy.  It's much cheaper, and might be a good
choice for the bare-bones type of service you're looking for.
Their web interface is pretty difficult to navigate, though, and
they spam me with "special offers" about twice a month.  When my
renewal comes up in October, it'll probably be a 50-50 decision of
who I go with.  Don't have any experience with Yahoo.  HTH.
