I had an idea, and (since nobody has volunteered to pick a subject for me) I thought
I propose it.

How about I put together a talk detailing my experience in migrating folks to Open
Source systems?  I would cover the major holdups to migration and how they can be
overcome, and recommend a way for low-tech Microsoft users to give up the ball and
chain.

Hopefully, this would be interesting to both newbies and folks familiar with Linux
who are having trouble convincing others to switch.

Thoughts?
