[FreeBSD 4.11] Is there a means for me to control how much bandwidth a given network socket connection is allowed to use? For example, I would like to limit FTP up/downloads to no more than 128 kbps each, but my ftp server doesn't have an intrinsic option to regulate that. [How] can I control that from a lower layer? -Brandon
