The FreeBSD mail list server refuses messages from servers without
proper DNS configs.  Based on the message above, it looks like you don't
have your domain name in DNS:

bash-2.05b$ host ocean.301south.net
Host ocean.301south.net not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

Either put ocean.301south.net in your DNS, or change the hostname to
something that actually exists in DNS.
