[wplug-board] WPLUG Board of Directors meeting February 16th, 2015

My roads up north are already pretty bad (I was just out on them), but I'll
make a judgment call early in the afternoon tomorrow, seeing as a lot of
things could change between now and then.  If things are bad enough in the
morning though, I may just work from home, which means I would definitely
call for a phone-based meeting tomorrow.
