My takeaway is that he may be able to pitch in, but it's not clear
whether he has something pre-prepared.  My guess would be not; if
you want to try reaching him on IRC today you might be able to get
clarification.

I would expect that Pat and Joe could come up with an outline; if
Charles wants to deliver some or all of the content, that would
save you the work of actually putting a presentation together.  :)

Also, start thinking about scheduling (time/date) and venue for
this event.
