The agenda starts at 2pm,  though we traditionally begin setup at 1:30 
(assuming no one is in the room before us, which I don't think anyone is).

Fortunately, we're in the Trevanion Room (on the main floor) this time, 
so we won't need to set up tables and chairs, so that will save us some 
time.
