[wplug-board] More research on electronic dues payment options

I've been researching Square a bit, and picked up one of the readers 
last weekend.

I haven't tried to do anything with it yet, but from what I can tell, I 
don't think Square would be suitable for WPLUG use.  From what I can 
tell, a Square account is permanently tied to some individual's name and 
social security number (even if it's for the use of an organization - 
they do give the opportunity to provide an organization's EIN, but this 
must be in conjunction with an individual account holder's social 
security number).
