Looking at the wiki page history, the creator and only editor for
that page is Frederic Muller.  He appears to be part of Software
Freedom International, not involved with a local group.

This page may have just been created based on some other database
of locations.  It's certainly a good idea to check with APCUG to
see if they're involved (and if not, whether they want to join in
on ours!).
