[wplug-board] February Board Meeting

Hi Guys,

Given that its snowing pretty solidly now as I am going to bed,
coupled with the fact that the part of the city that I live in didn't
vote for Luke...

I might make it to the board meeting tomorrow, but probably not.
Don't wait for me.
