[wplug-board] End of an Era

I've decided that my Reign of Terror (or my Train of Error?) should come 
to an end. I think I took office in January of 2002, so at the end of 
2003, I will be stepping down. That gives the board 2 months to find a 
replacement. I am still willing to serve on the board, and do the mailing 
list and server administration that I have been doing, but I don't have 
the time to commit to pushing the lug forward.

I have been considering this for several months, so this isn't a quick 
decision on my part. I've just noticed that my time to do things right in 
various projects that I work on hasn't been enough, so I need to cut back 
on the things I'm trying to accomplish.

I think from here, someone needs to volunteer to form a nominating 
committee to pick some candidates, but I leave the decision on how to 
handle this up to the rest of the board.
