Hi,

The status of paypal is this.

In order to accept credit card payments, we have to get the Premier 
account. There is no cost for simply holding a premier account.

Payments to a premier account cost money at the rate of 2.9% + $.30 so 
if people paid us $10 we'd have to pay a .59 fee, leaving us with 9.41
per transaction.
