These look okay to me as long as everyone understand that these aren't 
amendments to the bylaws (there seemed to be confusion at the meeting)
I haven't checked, but my guess is that the bylaws give us the power to 
create and remove comittees at will. Typically, bylaws are only changed 
in cases of major reorganizations and not day to day functions.
