    • Send out notice of Board meetings w/draft of previous minutes (1 week before)
    • Send out copy of approved Board minutes to wplug-board list
    • Send out notice of membership meetings w/draft of previous minutes (2 weeks before)
    • Send out copy of approved minutes to wplug-members list
    • Contact all committees for a report prior to Board/membership meetings
    • Update membership rolls
      • Drop any members whose terms have expired
      • Upload updated rolls to server
      • Send renewal notice to members expiring in 30-90 days
      • Send a final notice to members expiring within 30 days
