Perhaps it's not loading the initrd.img, or it isn't built correctly for some reason? It sounds like the module for the FS isn't getting found or loaded...<BR>

After power cycling the PC, I find GRUB now offering six kernel options; 2.6.30.5.old, 2.6.30.5, and 2.6.26-2-686, each with a single user version.
