The 2008 Ohio LinuxFest, a free, grassroots conference for the Linux<br>
and Free Software community, is just around the corner! Ohio<br>
LinuxFest 2008 will take place October 10 and 11 in downtown Columbus,<br>
Ohio. We are seeking presenters to share their expertise with an<br>
estimated 1,000 members of the Linux and Free Software community. The<br>
Call For Presentations closes August 15!<br>

Prior presentations have covered basic and advanced systems<br>
administration, security, community and adovcacy, business management,<br>
and more. The Ohio LinuxFest is by users, for users, and would-be<br>
presenters are encouraged to submit talks focusing on the things about<br>
which they are passionate.<br>

As always, the Ohio LinuxFest is completely free for attendees signing<br>
up for the "Ensthusiast Package". Those interested in supporting the<br>
conference may register for the $65 "Supporter Package", which<br>
provides an Ohio LinuxFest tee shirt, lunch the day of the conference,<br>
and free drink tickets at Pre- and Post-conference party. The $350<br>
"Professional Package" provides access to OLFU, a professional<br>
training program that takes place the day before the Ohio LinuxFest<br>
conference.<br>
