</blockquote></div><br>I use Joyent (formerly TextDrive) myself. It's shared hosting, FreeBSD or OpenSolaris-based, and starts at $15/mo. No real complaints.<br><br>I've also had Westhost recommended by people whose opinions I respect. They have a pseudo-vps implementation that starts very, very cheaply ($7/mo).<br>
