You have to pay a monthly fee for storage?

Regardless, if you're looking for a cheap PC the best way to go is Newegg and price out your parts and put it together yourself
or have a friend help. I'm willing to bet you can build a half decent system for under $200 sans monitor. Shoot me an email off list if you need a hand picking out parts.

I just speced out a pretty decent dual core AMD system for a buddy that came in at $233, minus monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Look at Craigslist for cheap used LCD's, tons of them on there.

-Mike
