Hello,<br><br>I&#39;ve got a question about <a href="http://Penguin.wplug.org">Penguin.wplug.org</a>.&nbsp; I moderate one of the wplug mailing lists, and I get a message everyday at 8:00 sharp with pending moderator business.&nbsp;&nbsp; Mostly just &quot;clean out the spam trap&quot; stuff.
<br><br>Anyway, I just got the message at 9:00, which I suspect indicates that Penguin has the old daylight savings time information, and needs to be updated.<br><br>So the question is, is this useful information to anyone?
