<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Ouch! A $400 premium might be in order to
make sure you get the right machine. Like I said, Dell always tries to
move you into RAID 5, dual processor, dual power supply, SCSI, split backplane
(not even sure what that is) and pretty soon it is $7K. If I were
confident which machine to buy, I guess I would prefer to save the $400.

hear that. It all comes down to the account managers you have. I love Dell,

Support has been nothing but amazing with Dell. I personally hate CDW,

<DIV><BR>Everyone has their own good/bad stories about different
vendors. There are a lot of different varibles. I know that if we
had an account manager at Dell, my experience could have been different.
I am willing to pay more for hardware to have the support that I want and
that's why I use CDW. My account manager is great, and I paid an extra
$400 per machine (over Dell's pricing) for this.
