[wplug] IP telephony for beginners

I had some fun in the past reading through the Asterisk book (o'rielly) and setting up a couple servers to route calls to the outside world. I had vonage and they offer a virtual number which can be used as a sip trunk. There were free sip providers in the past,  but I'm not sure if they're still active. Either way you would be able to setup your own internal voip setup and play around with the communication between the boxes.
