[wplug] Adding PPA and software install

Hello. I'm running Ubuntu 13.10 64bit and I'm trying to install the latest
Obnam package. The default Ubuntu repositories (in universal I believe)
have v1.1 available so I 'sudo add-apt-repository' the following source (
https://launchpad.net/~chris-bigballofwax/+archive/obnam-ppa/) which
contains v1.6.1. I receive messages indicating this completed successfully.
Ran 'apt-get update', and now when I run 'apt-cache show obnam' it's still
showing the 1.1 version. How do I ensure that I install the latest version?
