What do I need to know to setup and maintain mailman server?

I need to make a Mailing list for Washington PA 9.12 project so I can
have an easier time keeping tabs on the Washington PA 9.12 project so I
can develop the metadata for www.busybodybreakdown.com faster.

Currently they don't want to be developers or investors, so I am going
to turn them into the product instead.
