[wplug] Screensharing

I'm pretty sure that G+ Hangouts supports screensharing...on paper, at 
least. Earlier this year, I tried to set it up between OpenSUSE and Mac, and 
all I got was a white screen on both ends.

That may have changed, though. I haven't had an occasion to use it since 
then.
