At this price, who cares if they're clearing inventory? The Nexus 4 is roughly 85% as powerful as flagship phones like the Galaxy S4 and HTC One, so you should be fine for the foreseeable future. It works on both T-Mobile and AT&T, and it supports LTE if you're willing to install a third-party update. That's one of the benefits of having a phone that's more "open" than average!
