[wplug] InstallFest at HackPittsburgh - Friday, March 16th

On Friday March 16th at 7:00pm, WPLUG and HackPittsburgh will be hosting 
an Installfest at HackPittsburgh's shop in the Uptown section of Pittsburgh.

To the best of my knowledge, this marks two separate firsts for WPLUG - 
the first time we've organized an Installfest in conjunction with 
another organization, and the first time we've had an Installfest in the 
evening.
