[wplug] rsync & Apple Timecapsule

I'm not sure about Apple's product but some time ago I rolled my own that
would run no matter what OS I was booted into (on the same Mac tower). I've
recently resurrected it for my current job so it's using rsync on a Windows
box via cygwin. It does the job, but I'm a little embarrassed to show it...
