[wplug] [wplug-announce] WPLUG Board of Directors officer slate

As a result of the WPLUG Board of Directors election at the General User 
Meeting on November 10, 2012 (and conducted via absentee ballot for a 
month prior to that), the following individuals were elected to serve on 
the Board for the upcoming year, and after discussion, have arrived at 
the following slate of officers:

Chair:  Pat Barron
Vice-Chair/Secretary:  Justin Smith
Treasurer:  Terence Golightly
Director-at-Large:  Joseph Prostko
Director-at-Large:  John Lewis

In accordance with Section 6.5 of WPLUG's ByLaws, upon transmission of 
this announcement, this slate of officers is officially seated as 
WPLUG's Board of Directors.
