I doubt many BIOS' will not allow you to disable the secure boot feature.

In an enterprise setting, there will probably be tools to prevent
machines that don't have the secure boot option turned on from
accessing a network or booting an OS.

If the BIOS doesn't have the option, then the vendor can't sell the
more expensive package that allows the network administrators to
monitor the status of the option and enforce policies based on it.
