[wplug] Ubuntu - Video fails on boot.

I once had an issue with a computer where it wouldn't display the Ubuntu 
logo while booting, but the login screen and normal desktop displayed 
normally.  I'm unsure what video card I had at the time but I always had 
an ATI floating around my spare parts.

It was such a simple troubleshooting step to wait for the bootup process 
to complete, I thought I'd suggest it.
