I have used bittorent w/o any issues from verizon and I have done
massive downloads 19GB~ at a time;>.

I have that service as well.  If you want to drop it, you need to supply
them a credit card to bill you internet to.  That old 1980's;>
requirement to tie you bill to a phone number.

We have family all over the country and prefer to video chat
