The router they provide works well but frequently has problems restarting when there is a brief disruption of power.   This is not unique to their router.   I was resetting it every time lightning caused the power to blink out, so I plugged it into a small USP.

Ok hopefully when I order I can mention I do not want coax and if they can make sure the tech knows to just run Cat5 cable.
