That sounds about comparable to my DSL service, like 3-4 outages a
year ranging anywhere from a couple hours to 18 hours.

So this is all done in router's web interface not in Linux? It sound a
bit complex is it hard?

Last year I pulled down about 1.5 - 2 TB of data.
