[wplug] FiOS questions

Thanks everyone. Someone told me if I had FiOS and wanted to run any
standard services (web, irc, bittorent) that they'd all be blocked and
I'd need to mess with port forwarding so glad that is not the case.
Since it is available in Mt. Oliver I hope we can get it here in
Carrick. If so I plan to just keep running my DSL until the FiOS is up
and running so I will have no connectivity downtime :) BTW I am used
to Linux networking for my static IP with no router involved. Anyone
know a good guide on setting up dynamic IP + router in Linux? I use
Debian testing release. Another question I had may sound dumb, but how
do they interface the fiber optic line with the router? Do they crimp
a standard ethernet head onto the end of it?
