Pittsburgh Perl Workshop is in its 5th year! The organizers have just
released the Call for Presentations: http://pghpw.org/ppw2011

The Pittsburgh Perl Workshop was established in 2006 as a low-cost
technical conference for users of the Perl Programming Language. The
conference emphasizes real code and immediate, practical solutions to
common issues.

Between the traditional "Applied Perl" track and the new "Ops" track
focused on systems administration, we're expecting to draw a broader
crowd than in the past, but we are committed to strong presentations
from excellent authors at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.

If you are using Perl or are a systems administrator interested in
automation and you have lessons to share with the Perl community, the
organizers would like to hear from you. You can submit a proposal
directly: http://pghpw.org/ppw2011/newtalk or contact me to discuss your
idea first.

Please pass the word to your co-workers, friends and other contacts who
might be interested. And I look forward to seeing you at PPW2011 at CMU
if not before.
